Restart Day: Pause and Pulse is your personal pause button, right in your pocket. A cozy space to stretch, catch your breath and regain focus, with zero pressure and no guilt over missed days.
Pick where you are and how much time you have.
What is inside
Choose where you are, at your desk, on the couch or out walking, and how much time you have.
A minimalist figure turns its head, takes a deep breath and stretches along with you.
No complicated poses. Soothing motions for neck, shoulders and eyes that make your body say thank you.
Instead of dry numbers, each break adds a brushstroke to a piece that grows as you breathe out.
About Us
🧘 We are a tiny team of designers and developers who spent too many hours hunched over laptops, and who got tired of wellness tools that felt like another job.
🎯 Our mission is simple: make it effortless to stop for two minutes and feel human again, without schedules, scores or pressure.
🌬️ Restart Day: Pause and Pulse gives you a friendly on-screen companion, soothing neck, shoulder and eye movements, and a weekly artwork that quietly grows with every break.
🌿 The value is lightness: a clearer head, a looser neck and a kinder rhythm to your day, with no notifications and no guilt.
Pause for a moment. Feel the pulse.

Restart Day: Pause and Pulse does not collect, store or share any data. Everything works locally on your device.
None. We do not collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers, location or health data. Your choices of place and time, and your weekly artwork, never leave your device.
Because we collect nothing, we have nothing to use. The app only reads your on-screen choices to run your stretch and breathing session and to draw your artwork.
Anything the app remembers, such as your artwork progress, is stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud storage and no server on our side.
The app contains no analytics, advertising networks, social plugins or trackers, and it shares nothing with third parties.
With no data leaving your device, there is nothing to intercept or leak. Local content is protected by your device's own security features.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for families and consistent with COPPA principles, since no data is gathered at all.
You do not need an account. To delete everything the app has stored, simply uninstall it.
If we update this policy, the new version will appear here with a revised effective date. Our commitment to collecting no data will not change quietly.
